About The Founder
Ashish R Tripathi is a 23-year veteran in the IT industry running programs that deliver the benefits of automation at all levels of the organization and visible to the highest levels of management. Vastly experienced in the energy upstream industry delivering initiatives for companies like Shell, Conoco, Occidental Petroleum, California Resources Corp, Noble Energy, Southwestern Energy, Newfield Exploration, Anadarko, Oracle Corp, P2 Energy Solutions, Boeing Corp and PepsiCo.
A strong believer in the formal management frameworks and software development methodologies like PMI’s PMBoK, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, Lean, DMAIC and Design Thinking.
Coached and mentored onsite, offsite teams in managing customer priorities, overcoming technology challenges, championing open communication, and collaborative efforts for delivering par excellence.
Fortunate to have the opportunity to have earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston (Victoria), MS in Computer Science from UoW (University of Wollongong, Australia) and PMI certification of PMP (Proj Mgr Professional).
